About Us

Arden Strong

A community coalition formed by Arden homeowners to protect our neighborhood from Project Tango through public advocacy, community organizing, and pursuing accountability.

Our Mission

Protecting Our Community

Arden Strong was formed in 2025, when homeowners discovered the true scope of Project Tango — a 3.69 million square foot hyperscale AI data center proposed on 202 acres directly adjacent to our community. In 2026, we launched  ardenstrong.org to provide a centralized resource for affected homeowners and to build momentum for collective action.
The goal of this website is to encourage transparency, foster collaboration amongst volunteers in the community, and provide a platform for sharing information and updates. All of the community should know what is happening and how they can get involved without feeling left out.
We are dedicated to protecting Arden homeowners’ rights, property values, and quality of life. We pursue accountability through community engagement, coordination with local and state government, and building the strongest possible case for our neighborhood.

Why We Fight

What’s at Stake

Failure to Disclose

Builders sold 2,400+ homes between 2017 and 2024 without disclosing the approved industrial development on adjacent land.

Bait-and-Switch Zoning

The 2016 "data warehouse" approval is being exploited for a fundamentally different facility — a 3.69M sq ft hyperscale AI data processing center.

Health & Environmental Risks

Diesel emissions, massive water consumption, and industrial noise pollution — 1,500 feet from Saddle View Elementary School.

Community Investment at Risk

Homeowners who spent $400K–$800K+ made purchasing decisions without access to material information about adjacent industrial plans.

Legal Action

Pursuing Accountability

Arden Strong is gathering evidence and building the strongest possible case on behalf of homeowners who purchased properties without being informed of the adjacent industrial development. We are documenting the full scope of non-disclosure and compiling materials that could support future legal action.
Signing the petition is free and voluntary. There is no cost to participate, no obligation, and no risk to homeowners. Every signature strengthens our community’s voice and helps demonstrate the scale of impact to decision-makers and legal counsel.

Challenges

What We’re Up Against

Developer Secrecy & NDAs

The project operates under the code name "Project Tango" specifically to limit public research. NDAs have prevented public officials from openly discussing the development, keeping residents in the dark.

Lobbying & Political Pressure

Industry lobbyists are actively working to influence county commissioners and state legislators. Well-funded developers have resources to shape policy in their favor.

Legal Costs & Resources

This is David vs. Goliath. Well-funded developers and their legal teams have deep pockets. Arden Strong relies on community support to level the playing field.

Zoning Loopholes

The 2016 "data warehouse" approval is being exploited as a backdoor. What was sold as low-impact storage is now the justification for a massive industrial facility that was never contemplated by the original zoning.
