Time Commitment
Board members attend monthly meetings (1-2 hours) and participate in ongoing email communications. Additional time may be needed during critical periods like hearings or legal milestones.
Governance Structure
Board members must be unrelated to each other and must be affected Arden homeowners. We aim to operate with majority-vote decision making and full transparency to the community.
